Training for ‘late starters’

As the title says, I am a late starter (well, kind of… It is a bit complicated…) and I am looking for a place (preferably in Europe) where I could train to become pro. I do realise that my chances of becoming a ballerina are *quite* small but I still want to train as much as possible because I can’t live without ballet…

Basically I am looking for a private teacher or a school that would accept me even though I am nowhere near most girls my age (I just turned 18 ) but would still give me an excellent training.

I find that sometimes it’s all or nothing, you are either excellent and have always danced or you are not taken seriously and can only take 1 or 2 classes a week…

So please help me, tell me if you know anyone who could help me, or if you’ve heard of websites where I could find information etc…
